EDYE & MIKE

VOICE & GUITAR

We're a married music duo specializing in jazz and light pop . . .
but unafraid to venture into any genre to seek out songs that touch us, and then make them our own.
We are available and excited to perform for attentive audiences in small to medium sized venues.

ABOUT US

After performing for years with various sized ensembles including small combos, big bands, and
orchestras, Edye Evans Hyde and Mike Hyde are excited to venture out in the intimate setting as a voice
and guitar duo. Be ready to bask in the comfort of classic gems from the Great American Songbook and
choice selections from various other genres, eloquently delivered by Edye & Mike.

"You just can’t beat their warmth on and off the stage. Edye & Mike had our audience clamoring for us to re-book after their first show at The Block." - Gabe Slimko (Vice President for Operations/Personnel Manager: West Michigan Symphony / The Block)

"The combined talent of Edye & Mike is unbeatable. From Mike's first few chords on the guitar mixed with Edye's buttery, smooth voice, you know it's going to be a special night. We cannot wait to book them again!" - Beth Beaman (Managing Director: The Playhouse at White Lake)

"Edye & Mike’s concert was simply delicious on every level. Edye’s voice is rich and smooth, deep and soaring. Mike, accompanying her on the guitar, was the perfect combination of rhythmic delivery and savory flavors. Our audience is already looking forward to a repeat performance next year." - Deb Stallings (Host/Songbirds House Concert Venue)
